What you will be doing: As the Senior Manager, Risk Operations Oversight and Performance, you will lead and oversee Credit Risk Execution within Client Solutions, Retail Banking in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. You will be responsible for providing effective governance, leading, and contributing to strategic Credit Risk and Collections initiatives, focused on driving profitable growth through acquisition, primacy, line management and x-sell, while optimizing bad debt and minimizing involuntary churn. You will contribute to developing the Tangerine Collections roadmap, support implementation of Credit Risk initiatives, preparing business cases, conducting business analyses and recommending solutions.
