Description: Reporting to Sr. Manager, Well-being, Disability Management & Benefits, the successful candidate will support the design of the company's Canadian benefits programs and be responsible for the effective management of the programs, policies, and procedures. This exciting opportunity will appeal to individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of company Canadian benefits programs and identify leading-edge practices and opportunities that reflect company culture and would enhance the employee experience. Work collaboratively with benefits stakeholders and partners including program administrators, third-party consultants, actuaries, internal teams, and legal to ensure the benefits programs are being administered in scope, in compliance with applicable tax regulations, and in alignment with company values and policies. Develop, monitor, and maintain policies and procedures related to benefits (vacation, hours of work, post-retirement benefits, etc. ) Manage outside consultants, vendors, and business partners, ensuring that plan members receive superior customer service. Manage complex questions and escalations on benefit matters, including internal policy and practices. Oversee the Canadian annual benefits renewal to backss competitiveness, implement and communicate rate changes, and complete annual enrollment activities. Oversee the administration of multiple retiree benefit programs, including accurate record-keeping, compliance with relevant regulations, and clear and timely communication to and with retirees.
