Do you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and remote work environment? A pioneering medical firm, is on the lookout for a talented Remote Agile Delivery Manager to join their dedicated team. This role is fully remote. The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for promoting and delivering high quality mobile applications to its international customers. The Agile Delivery Manager needs to be highly engaged with customers explaining how the applications work, how it can benefit them and gather extra requirements wanted by the customer before alerting the internal development team. The Agile Delivery Manager will have had previous experience leading and inspiring cross: functional teams as well as driving the agile development process, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability. Key Skills the Agile Delivery Manager will have At least 3 years experience in delivering mobile product/applications Excellent customer: facing experience (On an International level is highly desirable) Extensive experience using agile/scrum methodologies Good experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferable) Some experience in business change, product and release management Background in Medical/medical industry is beneficial Degree in Information technology or similar is highly advantageous Benefits Starting salary between GBP45,000 : GBP62,000 per annum 25 days + Bank holidays, Ability to buy/sell up to 1 weeks extra holiday, A wide variety of vouchers/discounts (Gym Membership, Cinema, food + drink, birthday off work Potential share options 5 pension (Matched) Discretionary bonus (Subject to.
