With a great bar attached and dining areas including a Michelin style tasting theatre its a first of its kind : this is one not to be missed The General Manager Role: Fully accountable for the operational performance of this multi: faceted unique site including bar and dining areas To ensure every customer who enters will leave having had an epic, personal and memorable experience Youll be working in a fast: paced, high: volume environment with a strong structure and service ethic You will be leading teams of up to 40 front of house team members across all areas The role is a very hands on position where they would be expected to be creating a fun, engaging, immersive environment with excellent working culture Train and develop your team to the highest standards possible : they are aiming to be one of the top destination restaurants in London, if not the world Interested in this great challenge?
