Daily Duties: This job will have you on your feet most of your day as you will need to make sure that any equipment you process on is clean and ready for use. You will report to supervisors and maintenance of any unsafe, unsanitary conditions you may find. This job requires you to work in a fast-paced environment and physical endurance. You will be trained and updated on safety measures and output processes. Qualifications: Meat cutting experience. Whizard Power Knife experience a plus, training available! Ability to identify different meat cuts.
