We want to reward them for their hard work by providing competitive pay, excellent benefits, and flexible scheduling.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF the Front-End ManagerThe Front-End Manger oversees the operations of the front-end department and staff to ensure each customer has an exceptional shopping experience throughout their transaction at the register and while at the front of the store. You will ensure smooth operations of the Front-End cashiers with the support of the Front-End Shift Supervisors. You will set accuracy and labor goals for the department. Schedule, hire, train, and evaluate front-end staff. The Front-End department is the first people our guests see when they come into the store and the last people they see when they leave, so you will encourage your staff to greet each customer and thank them for their visit.QUALIFICATIONS 2-year experience in leading shifts or supervising others (required) Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift up to 50 lbs.
