Key Responsibilities (4-week paid training!): Demonstrate patience and attention to detail. Greet every customer with a smile in the store and over the phone. Recommend products based on customer needs. Enter orders for delivery and pick-up on a computer using our custom point-of-sale software. Answer a multi-line phone system to assist customers, answer questions, and route calls. Exhibit compassion and empathy for all of life's celebrations. Ideal candidates have at least intermediate experience using software on desktop computers, are able to stand on their feet and walk for up to 10 hours per day, and are able to lift and carry 10 pounds.
