Gainwell Technologies is on the search for a Batch Processing Analyst to join their team! Providing a flexible schedule with ability to work evenings weekends and holiday shifts. Check out the description below and apply if interested!POSITION SUMMARYUnder minimum supervision, responsible for batch processing and monitoring, performing research and escalation analysis related to production and test processing. Executes and monitors jobs in a timely manner. Resolves and/or manages escalation of batch processing issues. Also resolves the trouble tickets in a timely manner to keep the aging to minimum. Ensures nightly batch processing is complete in accordance with established SLAs.Duties and Responsibilities:• Executes and monitors the jobs and cycles in an efficient and timely manner.• Assists development teams in projects from Operations perspective.• Assists clients in providing data as and when necessary.• Resolves trouble tickets in timely manner.• Provides weekly status report to management.• Provides input for overall operational excellence (Automation, efficient use of batch window).• Uses batch scheduling automation tools as part of day to day functions.• Applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Complies with SOX, HIPAA; audits any other state/federal regulations requirements.• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficiency and thorough knowledge of batch scheduling/workload automation tools, Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word.• High level of attention to detail.• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization• Ability to apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments and improve business operations• Must be a team player• Ability to initiate and maintain cross-team relationships• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills• Ability to maintain excellent attendance to support required quality and quantity of work• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)• Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers• Flexible schedule with ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts.Required Experience:5-7 years of IT experience, preferably in batch operations department.
