Job Summary: Ulrich Barn Builders is looking for an HVAC Technician. The HVAC Technician is responsible for repairing all products produced by the company. In addition, this position will respond to all customer requests for repairs for our custom-made sheds, garages, barns, playhouses. Job Duties: Installing new HVAC systems into newly constructed cabin homes at our factory located in Cleburne, TX You will be working with the mini-split HVAC systems only Depending on the location of the customer, may have to respond to nearby service orders for our cabin/shed but this will be a one-off occasion Must recognize and enforce quality standards Qualifications: General home construction knowledge Must be able to stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 10-20 lbs. as needed. Learn Ulrich Lifestyle Structures construction methods, support company policies and construction standards, suggest improvements, and execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards Excellent attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Ability to take initiative and be accountable Must be able to work alone and without supervision Must be able to work hand and power tools Requires working indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions Experience/Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of HVAC experience preferred Benefits and Compensation: Medical, Vision, Dental PTO 401(k) with company match Full-time With a goal of serving one million families by 2028, we began expanding nationally in 2017.
