Job Overview: Under the supervision of the USC Tooling Manager, the Coordinator will oversee the full life cycle and inventory process at our Indiana warehouse. A day in the life of the Tooling & Warehouse Coordinator consists of loading and unloading critical tools in and out of vehicles needed to complete the jobs in the field. You will be responsible for the inventory management of tooling for the Hydaker Wheatlake company, as well as the general maintenance of the warehouse and yard. As the Tooling & Warehouse Coordinator, you are able to work independently and have a "can do" attitude to get the job done no matter what! If you are a natural leader and computer savvy, but don't want to be stuck behind a computer all day this just might be the perfect job for you! Other job responsibilities include: Daily delivery of tooling to satellite locations throughout Indiana and occasionally Ohio Maintenance of warehouse/yard will include: snowplowing, mowing the grass, sweeping, taking out the trash, help with general yard cleanup. Important Knowledge and Skills: Have a flexible mindset and ability to switch gears as needed throughout the day Self-motivated and organized Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Have the ability to write emails in a professional manner. Able to create successful relationships with all levels of employees, suppliers and vendors. Must possess the ability to create your own daily schedule to be the most efficient as possible. Be able to work in a safe working manner. Requirements: License: CDL-A with a valid medical card and a clean driving record. Education: High School Degree or equivalent is required. Physical: Work will include the following: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, climbing stairs, entering and exiting the cabs and beds of vehicles, using hands arms to perform housekeeping in the warehouse or vehicles. Mental: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Working Conditions: This person will perform tasks inside a warehouse and outside in uncertain conditions.
