In our time of growth, we are seeking a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Work Location(s): Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Recruit for healthcare industry positions (clinical and non-clinical) Track and report on recruiting performance metrics Schedule, plan, and attend recruiting events Work with Student Population to attract and retain up-and-coming talent Work with various schools to place students into internship roles Attend offsite job fairs and Community Outreach Events Some Saturdays and evenings may be required Project management to include clinical rotation and internships What you need to bring to this role: Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience required Previous contract management experience preferred Previous experience hiring for clinical positions a major plus Previous experience in high volume setting preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office required Ability to support virtual recruiting functions within and outside of normal business hours Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Polished in both personal appearance and interactions Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
