Description:

Ethos Risk Services is seeking to add a well-organized, proactive, multi-task-oriented individual to the HR Team. This position will report to the Benefit Administrator. Qualified candidates will have experience in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel and Word. This person best suited for this role will have worked in an office environment answering phones, distributing mail and greeting employees or customers that may come into the department. Having experience or knowledge regarding healthcare benefits will also be useful as this position will answer benefit related questions from employees. This position is not a remote position and is required to report to a brick-and-mortar location. The position is full time Monday through Friday. Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm but may be somewhat negotiable. Ethos offers medical, dental, vison and supplemental benefit options. Ethos also offers Paid Time Off and sick time. Employees are also invited to participate in the 401k plan after a year of full-time employment which includes a employer match.
