Position Purpose: The Director of Sales Account Executives for continuing to build the AvaSure brand. This position will evaluate potential new markets and lead efforts to grow our national/ global footprint. This position will develop, lead, and manage our Enterprise Account Executives through this phase of accelerated growth. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with equivalent work experience. 5+ years' experience selling to an enterprise environment, acute care hospital experience required. 5+ years of developing new business channels "cold calling". 5+ years in Sales Leadership Roles. Experience selling to C- level executives: (CNO, CFO, CTO roles). Experience using technology to do remote presentations and demonstrations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Competencies & Work Style: High energy and positive attitude. Strong in Written and Verbal Professional Communication. Strategic planning and coordination of resources. Experienced in Active Listening Skills. Excellent in Presentation Skills. Growth and Service Minded. Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Assist in defining and executing the ownership strategy in existing and new markets. Develop country/region-specific operating models and business plans for enterprise sales executives. Analyze potential investment opportunities. Create concrete business proposals and present to leadership in order to gain buy-in and approval. Assist in the negotiations, business structure, and all other actions needed to bring on new business or partnerships globally. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure new region or country launches are successful. Create a team and individual KPIs to reach organizational goals while helping team members develop their career paths. Demonstrate continual strategic prioritization of organizational needs. Develop an in-depth understanding of each existing customer's market and competitive position, analyze their needs, and develop additional customer-specific value propositions to increase account penetration. Identify milestones needed to close an opportunity and utilize high-performing team members from, clinical, contracting, engineering, marketing, and company leadership as needed. Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape and approach each account and opportunity with a competitive mindset. Up to 70% travel, including overnight. Other duties as assigned. Manage CRM and forecast quarterly bookings. Coach, mentor and assist sales team with deal strategy, business and territory plans and quota attainment. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing. Must be able to work in a home office environment.
