Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality services, along with necessary management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads efforts to find solutions that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management. Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards. Communicates customer satisfaction ratings and coordinates internal resources to improve deficient measurables. Proactively manages assigned accounts to develop relationships and new business opportunities. Specific Duties: Prepares customer product quotes either for new product award or engineering changes and submits/presents to customer, assisting customer with questions on these quotes. Assists quality and manufacturing in resolving customer product issues with delivery or quality. Will be the lead contact when working through customer complaints. Tracks and presents KPI's of the customer to management team. All activities are coordinated through the Director of Business Development. Pursue a program of professional growth through continued education and company sponsored educational sessions. Travel to customer facilities to ensure customer satisfaction, improve relationships and develop new business opportunities. Travel requirements: Up to 15% to 20% of total time.
