About the position: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and production areas, and developing strategies to ensure that production targets are met. They will be responsible for coaching, developing and maintaining a safe working environment for employees. What we offer: Flexible work program. Supervise the preparation of mixes and the filling of products into different types of packaging Verify the accuracy of orders, items received, inventory and deliveries Coordinate shipping tasks Perform daily warehouse inspections Maintain records, communicate relevant information and prepare all necessary documentation Monitor and control inventory items Safeguard the health and safety of your team and the working environment by maintaining a safe and clean working environment and ensuring the appropriate use of personal protective equipment. Comply with Transportation of Dangerous Goods and WHMIS regulations, as well as other company laws and regulations. Ensure that your team complies with company policies and procedures.
