ABOUT THE ROLE: The Payroll and Workload team is responsible for setting the Canadian stores up for success while driving efficiencies and optimizations. As a Senior Analyst, you will partner cross-functionally with retail operations, HR, and Finance and are responsible for the appropriate labor investments across our stores to drive the best client and employee experience. You have a natural curiosity for digging into information to gain business insights to support the development and adaptation of strategies. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Conduct monthly payroll analyses and supervise trends weekly in the Canadian market to understand opportunities and risks; provide updates to the business via key functional meetings. Build and update business models to size potential business opportunities and strategic priorities through positive relationship with key partners cross functionally and cross border. Prepare data and trend analysis for weekly and monthly reporting, including financial (Payroll and KPIs) and operational content and share insights cross functionally. Ownership of ad hoc analysis to support cross functional strategic priorities. Develop and implement improvements to business processes and tools. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization including non-finance personnel and the executive level Proven success in critical thinking and decision-making;.
