The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing their own casefiles, particularly within Care Proceedings. The ability to hit the ground running, coupled with legal aid or court experience, will be a distinct advantage. This role offers flexibility, with part-time options and a hybrid working model. The successful candidate should be comfortable traveling between our offices as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of family law matters, specializing in Care Proceedings. - Independently handle casefiles, ensuring effective and efficient resolution for clients. - Provide expert legal advice and representation throughout court proceedings. - Liaise with clients, local authorities, and relevant professionals. - Stay updated on legal developments in family law, especially related to care proceedings. - Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment. Experience: - Proven experience managing own caseload, specifically within Care Proceedings. - Familiarity with legal aid processes and court proceedings. - Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Flexibility to travel between office locations as required.
