We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our amazing Payroll team at Timpson House as a Payroll Advisor. You will be responsible for managing the payroll process for a diverse range of employees, calculating and processing monthly salaries, and contributing to the development of the payroll system. As a full-time employee, you will work Monday to Friday and report to the Head of Payroll. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Join us and take the next step in your payroll career! Key responsibilities; Processing the end to end monthly Payroll for 5000+ colleagues including manual calculations Responding to Escalated Payroll/tax queries Overseeing starters and leavers SMP, SSP, SAP and SPP calculations RTI reporting, including data validation, submitting FPS/EPS Pension Auto Enrolment - NEST Advising on and keeping the company in compliance to HMRC with changes in legislation and best practice Producing pay related reports to assist with payroll verification, analysis and statutory requirements Experience of transition projects with both payroll and time and attendance systems Ensuring accurate accounting of all payroll costs for the business as part of month end processes. Working with the Finance team to ensure Month and Year end deadlines are met with Journal and accounting wage reports. Inputting colleague expense claims where required Payroll experience is highly desirable however not essential.
