In this roleyou will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team with their training requirements, maintaining and scheduling training sessions and providing training to employees. If you have a training background or have strong operational warehouse experience and are looking for that next step in your career we would love to hear from you In this role the working hours will support our shift pattern of 12:8.30pm Mon: Fri About the Role How you will contribute : Daily operational coordinationof employee training requirements: Support in the creation of training plans relating to new business, organisational needs, employee development: Maintain and update training databases/schedules: Develop and maintain training material: Coordinate all training requests/needs within the Lutterworth sites: Report training progress andevaluate training effectiveness: Correct/transparent registration of all training activities: Ensuring the implemented training process meets the organisations demands: Other duties as assigned.
