Clearsound Productions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Technician to join our team. As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operations of our technical event hire company. You’ll be responsible for handling inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely deliveries to make every event a resounding success. Responsibilities: · Receive, inspect, and record incoming audiovisual equipment and materials for events. · Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy accessibility. · Prepare event equipment, including audio, lighting and video systems, and staging equipment. · Assist in loading and unloading of event equipment. · Collaborate with the technical event team to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly. · Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking. · Comply with safety guidelines and protocols while handling event equipment and materials. · Perform routine maintenance on event equipment to ensure optimal performance. Requirements: · Previous experience in warehouse operations or technical event production is preferred. · Knowledge of audiovisual equipment used in technical event hire is a plus. · Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision. · Strong organisational and time management skills. · Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods during event setups.
