Head Chef : 4 day week : 40k Clapham Food Style: Brunch and Supper Club Salary : 40,000 plus bonus Restaurant Size: 60 covers per service and events Contracted Hours: 40:45 per week Nearest Transport: Clapham Common Tube This is a great opportunity for a creative head chef to work in a super club and brunch venue in Notting hill, the food style is canape / street food, you can create 50 of the menu and build your own small team of BOH staff. The hours for this job are great, mostly evenings with double for Saturday for brunch. Mondays and Tuesdays are closed. This is a unique venue that is lots of fun, this is a real creative space where work life balance is a real bonus. This would suit a head chef from a branded brunch restaurant or events business, someone that knows good canape and bowl food and can be creative. This role will be a senior head chef in the group and there will be an aspect of multi: site management so ideally you will have experience in managing rotas, menu planning, stock control, ordering, budgets and good with systems and excel.
