Be the primary first level technical support to employees, managers, and business partners for all Success Factors (SF) processes and technical issues with timely escalations as needed Requirement gathering on SF issues and prompt resolution Handling routine business enquiries, making non-provisioning configuration changes, such as adding new fields, making them mandatory and minor business rules adjustments Day-to-day systems processes management including managing workflows and scheduled jobs Detailed root cause analysis of issues, trend analysis and proposing enhancements/permanent, scalable business process or technical fixes Serve as primary external vendor facing resource with our 3rd party support provider for ticket creation and resolution Continuous monitoring of SF global data integrity and mass data creation and/or data uploads SF Learning Management Administratio, new course creations/revision, reports creation and scheduling, class setup, etc. Non-provisioning permission, authorization, proxy access and systems access issues resolution, including password resets Adding or updating employee announcements on the SF home page in Martinrea Central Launching new annual cycles, such as performance forms, succession planning and location-specific annual vacation entitlement and the holiday calendar loads New report and dashboard creation and or modifications Internal and external systems integration performance monitoring with trend analysis Monitoring scheduled jobs and troubleshooting failed jobs in both EC and LMS New enhancements, features, and custom development(s) testing prior to deployment Assist in user adoption goals/campaigns and end-user documentation and training On-site plant visits as required Required Education and Experience: A College Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or Human Resources with at least 2 years exposure to SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Performance and Learning Management System Ability.
