Permanent & Full-Time A competitive $62,000 annual salary plus bonuses and benefits You will be employed by our Collections department as a Call Center Operator. In this customer-focused, telephone-based position, you will converse with clients to learn about their unique situations and pay close attention to what they have to say so that you can figure out how to help them most effectively. Your area of expertise will be clients who are behind on their payments, and your job will be to work with them to find the best solution and improve their quality of life. When speaking with a customer on the phone, you will show empathy and ensure that the call ends well for the client. Main Duties: · Conducting inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients· Showing compassion and interacting with clients, encouraging them to share their experiences and clarify their circumstances· Presenting constructive resolutions to clients in arrears· To provide a high standard of consistently professional customer service· To create sustainable repayment plans tailored to the individual needs of each customer· Maintaining current internal systems Attributes & Skills: · Demonstration of empathy and attentive listening to clients· Experience working with customers in the past· Capable of having confident and clear phone conversations with customers· Proficiency in setting priorities and managing tasks Benefits: Referral programme Work from home Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme Performance bonus Yearly bonus Powered by Jazz HR.
