You’ll make sure that inventory is properly received and organized, orders are properly processed and free of damages, shipments go out on time and invoices are accurate. What Canadoor offers: • A positive work environment with competitive pay and an excellent benefit plan• Consistent, stable work with an opportunity to build a long-term career with upward mobility• Excellent health and dental benefits offered for full-time employees• Equal opportunity employer• Company Pension Plan contributions• Opportunity to earn an additional $6,000 (per year) commission based on KPI's reached• Starting at $22 - $27 per hour Responsibilities: Warehouse Manager Responsibilities • Efficiently manage and update all item data within the CRM Service Titan system. • Provide essential support to Technicians in their daily tasks. • Communicate across teams and treat all departments as our customer. • Create purchase orders (POs) for both stock and non-stock items. • Source products based on customer needs and requests. • Coordinate with suppliers and schedule pickups for all POs. • Retrieve non-deliverable orders from suppliers. • Manage the cleanliness, organization, and layout of the warehouse for optimal efficiency. • Assist Technicians in loading supplies onto their vehicles daily. • Unload delivery trucks on a daily basis. • Oversee and manage inventory levels within the warehouse. • Maintain and care for company-provided computer and cell phone. • Operate a forklift with a valid forklift license. • Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
