POSITION SUMMARY: As a Development Coordinator you are responsible for assisting the Director of Development, Development Manager, and Estimating Team with day-to-day coordination and administration of Development Services and Preconstruction Services being provided to current and prospective clients. You enjoy problem-solving and creating impactful projects from inception to shovels in the ground, working for some of the most interesting and diverse clients in our market. Realizing projects big and small for a variety of typologies, uses, clients, and site features are all part of what we do. Adding value for our clients through collaboration with our team, while developing deep understanding of development and the process, is inherent in this role. This goes beyond design and permitting management. The Development team oversees and is responsible for all aspects of securing new projects and implementing a development and preconstruction program.
