Key Responsibilities: As the Reception Teacher and Early Years Phase Lead, you will: Teaching Excellence: Deliver high: quality teaching to Reception students, creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Reception or Early Years. Proven leadership experience or a demonstrable passion for leading educational initiatives. Strong understanding of Early Years curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
