Location : We are seeking an experienced Regional Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance Manager (HSQA) based in Vancouver, BC. Principal Function: As the Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance Manager (HSQA), the role is integral in supporting unit and regional leadership teams, executing Sodexo Live! programs, and ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Quality Assurance (Food Safety) regulations. The Regional HSQA Manager will be a key player in implementing and overseeing Sodexo Live! 's Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Assurance initiatives across various Lines of Business, with a primary focus on British Columbia. Job Summary: As our HSQA Manager, you will: Provide strategic and operational guidance to regional and unit-based leaders. Conduct onsite Health and Safety and Quality Assurance backssments, develop and monitor action plans. Ensure that operational locations align with corporate objectives regarding risk management practices and safety cultures. Deliver engaging training and educational programs to diverse audiences. Support operators with third-party food safety audits. Collaborate with HSQA team members at divisional and unit levels to exchange insights and establish/implement strategies...
