Qualifications: To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools (e. g. Arc GIS, Auto CAD, Sketch Up).
