As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems. The HR Data Analyst is a key member of the Global HRIS team. This role collaborates with business, HR, and HRIS colleagues from around the world (primarily in Canada, USA, Chile, Brazil, South Africa, India, and Australia) to provide HR reporting and people analytics insights. Responsibilities: You will collaborate with a global cross-functional team to collect, clean, and analyze our people data, to glean insights, and to communicate those insights – via reports, graphs, dashboards, presentations – to inform business decisions. This will include: Eliciting, prioritizing, and documenting HR reporting and People Analytics needs. Translating HR reporting needs into functional/system requirements. Partnering with IT to automate the process of extracting, cleaning, transforming, and organizing our people data from primary sources (e. g. Success Factors, SAP S/4HANA, spreadsheets) into a datalake. Supporting new data collection efforts, as needed. Testing/verifying HR reporting. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
