GENERAL FUNCTION The primary role of the Diagnostics Center Advisor is to maximize retail lab production, reduce cost of ownership and extend the operational lifespan of the lab equipment. The application of advanced technical skill, strong optical manaufacturing knowledge and extensive customer service expertise is required to support field associates responsible for managing retail labs.
