The firm are also committed members of APIL and a dedicated law firm for Headway. Sacco Mann is recruiting for a Small Claims Recovery Handler to join a growing firm based in Newcastle. The firm work within Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Conveyancing and are recognised by the Legal 500 with over 25 years’ experience. The firm are also committed members of APIL and a dedicated law firm for Headway. The firm are looking for a file handler responsible for the day-to-day handling of Uninsured Loss Recovery Claims. The claims will mainly be vehicle damage and credit hire recovery. This person will be managing a case load of 100 – 140 files from initial instruction through to settlement. Responsibilities will include liaising and negotiating with with insurers, solicitors and hire car companies, preparing files for issue for court proceedings, backssing the prospects of success in litigation and conducting litigation up to and including a final hearing. To apply for this role it is essential that you have previous credit hire or ULR experience, have an excellent knowledge of legal procedures, and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
