The Role: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, from personnel management to budget control. Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the hotel. Duties: Supervise housekeeping staff, handle recruitment, and enforce disciplinary actions. Plan and assign work, including regular and special duties, based on occupancy forecasts. Recruit and train new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the team. Approve supply requisitions, manage lost-and-found, and maintain hotel orderliness. Take charge of the hotels cleanliness and appearance, adhering to company standards. Prepare the annual housekeeping budget and manage inventory for supplies. Organise pest eradication activities and implement effective housekeeping systems. Attend to and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Verify supplies consignments and participate in recruitment decisions. Requirements: Previously worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Head Housekeeper or in a similar role. Previous experience in general housekeeping. UK work authorisation.
