Typical shift as a bank PBS Support Worker Supporting adults who have a learning disability to maintain their independence. There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from household tasks to days out. One shift you might be cooking a meal for a customer, the next you might be having a day out at the seaside! You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services……you might be spending the day support a customer complete daily task or possibly supporting our customers in a community or home-based setting.
