Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' specific requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Present and demonstrate our range of luxury lifestyle management services to clients, highlighting the unique advantages and benefits. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for business growth and success. Collaborate and coordinate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury lifestyle, hospitality hotel, or concierge services industry. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients.
