As a Workforce Management in WFS or UKG Senior Consultant you will: • Lead a team analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel • Assist with the development of recommendations and presentations for client engagements • Lead client presentations, requirements gathering & design sessions • Oversee and assist a team with configuration of WFS or UKG (Kronos) to client specifications • Identify issues, define symptoms, and recommend solutions • Prioritize team objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting • Mentor and lead and develop junior team members As a Workforce Management in WFS or UKG Consultant you will: • Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel • Assist with the development of recommendations and presentations for client engagements • Participate in client presentations, requirements gathering & design sessions • Configure WFS or UKG software to client specifications • Identify issues, define symptoms, and recommend solutions • Prioritize your objectives and.
