Position Summary & Responsibilities: The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for the production and distribution objectives for assigned ready-mix plants. Your effective management of your plants and employees will help you achieve quality and productivity targets, compliance with legislative requirements, safe work procedures & practices and work instructions. Meeting budget objectives and carrying out employee relations will play a part in your success. Safety is paramount in this role. Performing various OH&S program activities such as inspections, training and incident investigations and providing on site customer service will help achieve those safety goals.
