Corporate Services Officer Location: Brecon Salary: Grade 6, A GBP 28,770 : A GBP 31,364 per annum The Role Provide general administrative, clerical, operational or systems support to Corporate Services work areas. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives Role Requirements Essential Criteria Experience in a legal support or corporate services support role A minimum of 2 years experience in an Admin Support role Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage and prioritise own and other workloads and meet strict deadlines Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to liaise with Members and Senior Officers, Senior Members of other organisations and the general public Ability to manage service delivery contracts and liaise with key suppliers Ability to act with tact, diplomacy and discretion on both sensitive and confidential matters Excellent IT skills on the full range of MS, social media and other business packages Ability to manage a budget, adhere to financial procurement guidance and reporting requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills Full driving license Welsh Language Level 0 Self Confident and personable communication style Proactive, flexible and adaptable A team player, who is enthusiastic and passionate for making an effective team. Desirable Criteria Relevant professional training CPD or qualifications Experience in a legal support or corporate services support role Welsh Language Level 1 An awareness and understanding of the National Park Understanding of Excel and/or other database systems to log and manage time: limited actions Working knowledge of legislation relevant to complaints and information requests, including the Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations, and Data Protection Act / UK GDPR Note on Welsh Language Requirement : If you do not meet the Welsh language Requirements specified,.
