The ROLE The successful HR Consultant will be required to do the following: Contact clients when they first come on board. Review all documentation. Contact clients every subsequent year to go through updates and new offerings. A fast: paced, friendly environment. A salary rise every 6 months as long as KPIs are hit. Good promotional prospects. Also : you get your birthday off CANDIDATE Our client is looking for a strong HR/Recruitment consultants with the following experience and attributes: Previous customer service experience, or a recent graduate. Experience of working within employment law or human resources. Ideally you will have a CIPD qualification, although this is not essential. A confident manner on the phone and on video calls. Ability to work in a fast: paced environment. To be a very good listener. Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
