Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other van components. Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for the van fleet. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all vans meet safety and regulatory standards. Conduct safety inspections and address any issues promptly. Keep abreast of industry regulations and updates related to van maintenance. Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members to prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding van maintenance needs. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Provide regular reports on the status of the van fleet and upcoming maintenance needs. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Van Technician or similar role.
