Today we are seeking a Technical Electrician Service Specialist for our client in Brampton, ON, Canada. This client will provide energy solutions so communities can thrive, and businesses can grow. The team will bring power, heat, and cooling to customers and communities wherever they need it. This client of ours is currently immediately hiring a Technical Service Specialist in their Service Center in Brampton, ON. This is a role that will help them to power progress for their customers. Must-Haves: Have at least 10 years experience in the industry Have Power / Generator / Diesel knowledge Have Commercial/Industrial experience in Generators or HVACHave Rental industry or Generator experience Be an Electrician with CSA knowledge and experience is preferred Nice-To-Haves: Be a multi-skilled technician on Power and HVAC Have worked on equipment What you'll do: You'll be based out of their Toronto/Brampton, ON service center and can expect to work in the field with local travel daily in your own company vehicle they will provide. You'll be responsible for Customer Service delivery standards compliance and audits. You'll be accountable for reviewing the fleet service, maintenance practices and equipment service history within the region to ensure compliance with their company Standards Be responsible for Fleet Reliability including monitoring and directing retrofits, service, repair, and standards which drive and impact fleet reliability Collaborate with the Service Center Managers, ensure that the technical abilities of the technicians are appropriate, both through training and hiring the right people Be responsible for regular technician backssments and recommendations on technician.
