The GO Expansion scope: new electric locomotives, fleet upgrades, train control systems, network electrification, signalling, telecommunications and digital systems, maintenance, and much more. Objective Alstom is seeking an Power Supply (POS) Design Manager. This individual will be responsible for on-time Design submission by their operational team. Responsibilities Establish and Review basic and detailed design documents for the project Technical Interface Management with internal and external stakeholders Technical Interface Management with Hydro One (HONI) and IESO Technical management of suppliers and subcontractors Signing off all POS design submissions Provide support on Power Supply (POS) topics to System Engineering team Provide support on Power Supply (POS) perimeter to Installation teams during Construction and Test & Commissionning Respect of Engineering Management Plan and Design Quality Plan POS global performances Requirement development, coming from reference and applicable documents from Metiers, Standards, local practices,.
