Overview: We are hiring an Ivanti Service Manager to join our FLETC team out of Glynco, GA. to develop policy and process documents related to ITIL processes and apply best practices for using the ITSM tool. The Ivanti Service Manager will assist FLETC customers in understanding and applying these processes to align with their business needs and services utilizing their technical knowledge ITSM tool in executing this task. These tasks require a high level of ITSM process and product expertise. Responsibilities: Identify Customer Processes and process outcomes (and value streams) Developing and maintaining Request Offerings and workflows within Ivanti Service Manager Creating requirements documents to communicate form designs and Microsoft Visio diagrams to portray workflow processes Corresponding with clients to determine which ITSM functions meet their needs and make their existing processes more efficient and automated Receiving clients' feedback through meetings, demo presentations, and user testing Assisting coworkers with their ITSM questions and providing feedback regarding best practices Creating instructional documentation to iterate how developed processes function Work closely with stakeholders to ensure processes are being adhered to and are delivering value Determine current service and/or process documentation status and viability, and improvement activities Conduct research of IT service and/or process input, output, objectives, and goals Perform gap analysis between current and future service and/or process models Resolve all action items assigned resulting from product or process reviews Attend team meetings, conduct reviews, and participate in other requirements gathering or process review activities Work with ITSM Tool SMEs to understand how tools can support the identified requirement needs of services and processes As requested, provide information to ISM Leadership relating to configuration management procedures and reporting Document and track all changes to ITSM tool out-of-the-box functionality as part of the development program to assist with reconciling the skipped records list when performing ITSM tool version upgrades Deliver IT Service Management (ITSM) mission capabilities across FLETC using ITSM Tools Improve the ITSM stakeholders' user experience and increase business value by increasing performance velocity and improving quality service delivery while reducing and controlling IT costs Requirements 3 years or more of Ivanti Service Manager experience required Ivanti Workflow Creation Ivanti Knowledgebase Management Ivanti Asset Manager Business Object and Relationships Ivanti Xtraction Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
