Be part of a firm that leads the way and pushes themselves to look like contemporary Canada. -- What will your typical day look like? • Wellness program planning and execution: leading the execution and coordination of the annual wellbeing calendar including activation planning and strategy, communications, campaigns, education, and awareness events, collaborating with other teams and employee resource groups • Wellbeing communications: managing and updating health and wellness content on the internal intranet pages, posting weekly wellbeing content, coordinating with translation services and knowledge management team, collaborating with key individuals on content • Vendor management: complete quality assurance reviews, service issue escalation, billing, and administration • Wellness centre (Recharge) program management: supporting Deloitte’s onsite and virtual wellbeing centres, oversight of the national Recharge wellbeing team and fitness class schedules, conducting regular team, coordinating.
