SUMMARY : The Affinity Group Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Marketing team to create and manage POS, POP, manage product presentations and assist with food show management. Duties and Responsibilities: Create and Prepare e-campaigns and communications. POS and POP Management Creating Product Presentations Flip Book development Assist with Food show Management Educate customers and sales team about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales presentations for internal and external audiences CRM Maintenance where applicable Ensure consistency across Affinity and client assets and tools Special projects as required The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced skills in Adobe/Illustrator/Canva (design) Demonstrated experience providing administrative and project management within a team environment. Marketing experience considered an asset. Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to make critical decisions. Ability to prioritize and work independently Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with management, staff and external partners. Critical thinker and ability to escalate when support is needed in a timely manner. Punctual and reliable Professional image at all times Outgoing and mature A team player Must be passionate about.
