The Headlines: In this role, this person will operate, clean, and inspect equipment as well as work in the warehouse as a warehouse worker should the need arise. They will aid in the optimization of all Operations functions and provide relief support for absences related to vacation, training, sickness and other competing priorities. Hourly rate will depend on education and experience, and the successful candidate must be able to work rotating shifts, mostly evenings. The priority for this role will be the afternoon shift, to assist with kegging and warehouse work (reg. hours are 2pm to 12am). The Responsibilities: Operate packaging equipment under the guiding principles of Safety the Molson Coors Way and World Class Supply Chain Work with the distribution team: order picking, dump beer, organization, forklift use Participate in problem solving and clean-up activities The Other Qualifications: You have a High School Diploma or equivalent You have 1-2 years experience in high-speed packaging and/or manufacturing; forklift experience is an asset You have experience in sanitation and with related cleaning tools Must be able to work rotating shifts You are able to work as part of a team or independently You are comfortable working in cold and warm environments.
