We have an.Service Administrator / Service Support Role Location - Avonmouth, Bristol Salary - £24,000 - £28,000 DOE Hours - 08:00-16:30 Mon-Fri - Possibility for overtime if required. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator to join a well known JCB dealer at their head office in Bristol. This role will include admin for the service department and also supporting the service manager to help manage internal work/engineers and assist the Service desk as/when required which includes answering any incoming overflow phone calls. You will need to be very proactive, self-motivated and a real team player. Ready to work in a very face paced and busy Service department. The Service Administrator / Service Support role role comes with 23 days annual leave with the option to buy more after probation. Great opportunity for progression within the company into leadership roles. Purpose of the Role of Service Administrator / Service Support Role: - Ensuring all service jobs are validated and invoiced in line with company processes and - Service jobs are invoiced within 7 days to keep company Work in Progress levels consistently low and in line with team targets. - Managing the process efficiently alongside the Service Controller / assisting Service manager. - Ensuring engineer times are inputted and processed to allow wages to be paid - Providing general support to the service team, including answering phone Key responsibilities of Service Administrator / Service Support Role: - Checking all service jobs meet with company policies prior to validating and ensuring grammar and spelling is correct before invoicing. - Raising retail invoices and sending to - Submitting JCB warranty claims using the JCB SAP portal, ensuring all supporting documentation.
