Position: Site Administrator - 6 Month fixed term contract Location: Kilkenny Salary: DOE Our client, a well-established Mechanical & Electrical Company, are now looking to recruit a Site Administrator for a project in Kilkenny. Main Responsibilities: General administrative support to site teams Liaise with and be the first point of contact for new contractors on site. Record and update data on internal systems in a timely and precise manner. Supporting the Project Managers/Contract Managers on site Greeting Visitors Document Control Requirements: Previous experience in a Site Administrator position Experience in Document Control Excellent communication skills Ideally will hold a valid Safe Pass Will provide this training if needed Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visa or sponsorship's already in place.
