Join Home Group as our Housing and Property Litigation Lawyer providing vital legal support on matters of housing management and property litigation to colleagues. You will be acting for the business in both defending legal cases and taking legal actions as necessary as well as working with our Head of Housing and Development legal team. Typical day as a Housing Property Litigation Lawyer Handle and give advice on issues like anti-social behaviour or possession cases. Help other teams within Home Group, to understand and respond to property litigation matters and claims. Oversee work given to outside firms, making sure it's done well and effectively. Preparing applications ready for court or tribunal, carrying out research, preparing disclosures, and writing statements. On Occasion you may be required to represent the company in court or request that another lawyer do so. Assisting with other property legal issues, such as disrepair, when necessary. You are A qualified legal executive, solicitor, or barrister with experience in housing law and housing litigation, capable of managing your own caseload.
