QA Analyst : Desford, Leicestershire : (Hybrid) : Up to A GBP 20/hr : Inside IR35 A QA Analyst/Quality Technician opportunity has become available for one of the worlds leading manufacturers of off: highway machinery and diesel and natural gas engines. This is a quality focussed role that will involve global communications with many regions. It will offer the opportunity for continuous improvement, having the freedom to look at continued improvement initiatives and bring in new ideas to the business. You will analyse data and perform root cause analysis to ensure products conform to quality standards. You will also train and support manufacturing and quality team members in requirements, inspection, and test practices. Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques would be highly advantageous with the ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. for this position you should have the following: Degree or equivalent experience desired Technical knowledge; reading drawings, engineering drawings, route cause analysis 5 whys Problem solving : route cause directive action Microsoft office, Microsoft lists, Power BI, Sharepoint, Salesforce.
