They are seeking a proactive and inquisitive individual to transition into their Customer Support team as an administrator to help the business maintain its exceptional reputation in customer service. The role - Customer Support Executive - Typical administrative tasks - filing, scanning and managing documents - Customer Purchase Order reviews and service requirements - Daily invoicing - pro-forma issuing and processing - basic quotations - approval of purchase invoices - dealing with customer portals - Coupa/Ariba - Work status reports - Database input/updates/reports - Customer service training provided where necessary Skills Needed - Customer Support Executive - Previous Customer Service or administration experience - Excellent alpha-numeric skills and ability to work quickly and accurately - Experience in working to deadlines - Ability to multi-task - Operate within a mindset of continuous improvement - Computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access - Demonstrate personal drive to fulfil the role to an exceptional standard - Excellent communication skills The Package - Customer Service Administrator - Starting salary up to £23,000 - Flexible working hours from 25 hours to full-time hours - Pension - Holiday package About Precision People Precision People is a leading recruitment agency that specializes.
